This is another fine instrument that I had the good fortune to play.
I picked it up from a guy who played it probably less than a half dozen times, It is also a guitar that I have since let go. I am not sure of the year it was made, I think it was a 2009 model, but it definitely had all of the traditional Les Paul features.
The moment I saw this guitar I had to buy it, the condition of this thing was impeccable, showroom to the core. There was not a single blemish on it. I didn’t even need to change the strings.
The arch top Mahogany body with it’s Gold fleck and Chrome hardware looked absolutely stunning. I have to admit that I only dared play this guitar a couple of times, lest I put a scratch on it.
But, playing this guitar through my valve amp truly brought the best out of those valves, the two humbuckers in this thing made my amp crack and sizzle like nothing else. The neck was a 24-3/4″ scale length neck.
It had vintage style tuners a Tune-o-matic bridge and stop-bar tail.
Trapezoid inlays in a Rosewood fretboard.
A super-fast slim-taper neck.
Giving it an absolutely classic Les Paul look and sound.
This was truly one fine guitar, I am sure the guy that now has this was, and is to this day happy with his new guitar.
